I've certainly done very successful toning on B&W stills. I see no
reason why the same toning chemicals for B&W still photography wouldn't work (to various degrees) with a B&W motion picture print....<
Sepia toning might be a bit difficult to handle in a processor, but
maybe selenium.  Not all toners work well with all materials, so the
suggestion to dip test is a good one.  Kodak brown toner might work,
also.
