Eclair Cameras: Can anyone ID This?

Hi,

I've got an Arriflex Chroziel matte box here that's been modified with a 
strange mount on the bottom of it.  It came with an Eclair ACL but it did 
not seem to rig up to that camera at all.  Perhaps it's for the Eclair NPR.  
It seems to take a 15mm bar which is offset to right of bottom center of the 
box.

Can anyone figure out which camera it's for?
