Eclair Cameras: square ratio

Does anyone has an idea of 
an existing gate with a mask on ratio 1:1, 
included in a 1/1.66 gate, 
to shoot on 35mm 
a short feature with a perfect square ratio ?
On which camera would it be possible ?
Who could manufacture it ?

This would be to avoid, as you can expect, the interpo
and interneg generations with a truca !
