Eric,
I have the full set, but have yet to use them, as I am also in the 
process of having my camera upgraded to Super 16.  See this link for a

I opted for the Les Bosher Arri-B to Eclair ACL adapter as it is the 
most direct route from the camera to the lens.  The cost was $450.00 and 
it looked like an extremely high quality adapter, probably stainless 
steel.
