Eclair ACL Non-Progress Report on ACL Motor

I have thus far installed two of the TXM-25A crystal motors on ACL 
cameras. That is the good news.

Unfortunately, neither camera/motor is yet in the hands of the end user 
for evaluation. Hopefully this will happen soon. One has not been picked 
up yet, and the other camera is in the middle of being converted to 
super-16.
