ARRI 16S (16ST)

ARRI's classic compact 16mm MOS (non-sync) news/documentary camera, released 1952; over 20,000 sold. Uses the same twin-blade "butterfly" mirror shutter design by Erich Kästner as the 35mm Arriflex. Lightweight, rugged, hand-holdable — a favorite for learning cinematography.
