Eclair Cameras: Cameflex mags falling off

I'm having a problem with a new mag I just got. It keeps falling off at 
awkward moments. Is there some adjustment I can make to keep it on the 
camrea and what would that be? (I've already tried gaffers tape) My 
other mag works just fine.
