Eclair Cameras: TS to CA-1 mount loose?

Hello all
Well my camera arrived at the other end and the buyer has a problem, 
says the CA-1 side of the adaptor ring is loose, i.e. when one fastens 
the TS collar onto the body, the brass insert (the CA-1 side) has 
visible play in it.
Can anybody tell me how the two parts are attached and possibly what 
might have worked loose?
