Eclair Cameras: Shooting 35mm lenses on 16mm camera-response

why is that? is it because of the size of the glass, or the thickness? i am confused at why it is hard to obtain tis with a 35mm lens, and not 16mm. thanks.

mm in 16mm is a fairly normal lens....12mm in 35mm is wide enough to be
considered a speciality piece of equipment.

In your first sentence you refer to the Nikon still lenses, do you mean
the
zoom lenses that don't zoom lenses? The still lenses would not zoom, or
are
you referring to zoom lenses there?
