Re: Eclair Cameras: hd-144-installation-RESPONSE from original poster

hello,

well, i commend you! you seem to have your own routine in roder and you seem to be pleased and happy with it. i personally do not judge people on such things, and agian, that is a 'personal' comment based on my own life.

i am not looking for you approval, or any other persons approval. nor am i trying to impress you with any portion of my life, much less my charactor. i have a hard enough time doing that for myself, about myself. i am just sharing info .. be is asking or giving. i totally understand what being involved in a competition is like, and understand there are such rules that apply .. like a spelling bee, or a personality contest. but i am not engaged in that when i write here ... in fact, the last thing i am thinking about are those things. i use this site, and sites like it for information, and although we live in a world wherein it is very easy to point and judge how others conduct themselves, there is still enough liberty involved which allows me to remain content in my own actions, and not be dependant on those of another person. to seek approval from other people is a cheap way of confirming who you are. i know who i am, and i know when i accomplish something, and i kn
ow when it is of value, and i know the efect it has on me, personally, emotionally, physically, and spiritully. when i was younger ... in fact, up and until i was 25 years old, i was stuck in a learned behavioral pattern that lended to me seeking approval from other people in an effort to affirm to myself thoise things i myself alreayd knew, but was not secure enough in myself to conclude for myself. today, that is not the case. and so, although i am apologize for my typo's, they are neither intended to show you how smart i am ... or how ignorant(or even stupid) i am. they are merely words searching for their intended purpose and objective ... they have no alterior motive, and are not keeping pace with the invisable, but ever present 'impression' that seems to dr jekyal mr hyde the majority of people on thsi planet, until the point that a person cannot just be a person, they have to be TWO people in the same body ... one which is the true you, and the other which is the fake you. the fake version is the one everyone else keeps telling you to be. whereas the true one is who you really are, the very essense of who you are. so while many people will write words trying to impress YOU, many others will not. i happen to be one of the others :) but regardless, we are all differant, and neither is better or worse then the other ... as long as i am happy with myself, that is all that matters.

I am a magazine publisher. I send between 100 and 300 emails a day. I use
spell check on each one, as a courtesy to others, and to show I am an
educated person. People that are too lazy to use proper English are usually
too lazy to do the due diligence on other parts of their lives as well.

I work about 17 hours a day, and still take the time for spell checking. I
suggest you use it, or others will come to the same conclusion I have. I
just happened to take the time to point it out. What you do is up to you,
but you DO lose creditability with me, and others I am sure, by not doing
so.

It is a bit like having bad breath, and no one will tell you, so you never
know HOW many people you offend.

Take it for what it is worth, using proper English is the quickest way to
make a good impression. You give a bad impression, over 100 times a day!

This spell check took less than seven seconds!

hello,

i use a browser based email that does have spell check, but i have never
used it ... dont have the time, and do not use spell check, nor have i ever
used it for my emails. i try to type as best as i can, but my keys on this
keyboard get stuck(all the dust and debris from the construction that
currently surrounds me), and cnsidering i usually send out about 100 emails
per day, going back and reading what i have written is simply not practical
for me. i will assure you of one thing however, i am NOT concerned about
those people that would bother to judge me for the words i have typed(or
mistyped in this case), relating them with my 'credibility,' as that only
lends to show me what they are stuck on in their own lives. but i do
understand the frustration associated with not being able to make out words
or sentences as a result of typos, and for that i am sorry. if you do not
understnad somethign i have written, and tell me, i will certainly clarify
them accordingly. when it matters
, and do so on my own accord, without a spellcheck, as i will go over what
i have written and make certian it is what i mean to say, seeing as how i am
actually taking the time to correct it. however, in such back and forth
email/chat dialogs such as this, i just cant bring myself to 'wasting' what
little time i have on this earth to check the small things :) sorry.
