Hi Chris,
You can´t upgrade/updating a old Switar lens. The Kern factory is closed and
the Bolex factory have a limit amount of new lenses in stock.
If you have a old Switar 25 mm not RX use that. The newer Macro Switar RX
are only made for Bolex Reflex with prism. Is there any improvements
optically on the newer type, it will be the coating, more layers.
