You can get a core adapater from an editorial supply place --- they are used 
in film cutting rooms for lots of purposes, like on Steenbecks etc.  Just 
screw this adapter into one side of a disassembled 200' reel (you'll have to 
drill and tap 3 screw holes) and you're in business. (I'd suggest having the 
edge of the plate beveled to minimize any scraping noise as the film winds 
off the flange). Mark.
