The camera I used the A-Z spectrum video assist on had a 144 degree shutter.
It did flicker. I'm not sure whether it was better or worse than the normal
At one time, someone made a "black box" that made a "flickery" video assist
flicker free, but I'm not sure if they are still made, now that most new
video assists are flickerfree anyway.
Incidentally, I think the A-Z spectrum model is the same as the one George
at Optical Electro House installs.

S16... 1:1.8 f50mm and 1:1.2 f25mm.
