Eclair ACL PAL v NTSC

Hi All
     Upon further consideration; so long as one is focused on a sound speed blow up 24fps... NTSC is just an inconvience!
     TIP: did you know that because PAL is a more powerfull standard; most new VCRS in Europe have an 'emulator' for NTSC... In other words NTSC tapes will play in a European PAL VCR!
      I feel like I am driving on the wrong side of the road all over again!
