Hi Steven,No the disclaimer is not generated by the Eclair List. It's Eric's own disclaimer and I believe he tacks it onto every email he sends. I'm pretty free and loose with the footers and headers people attach to their email messages. As long as it's not advertising something offensive like porn, then I generally let it go. My suggestion for those who don't want Eric's disclaimer attached to their words is to just remove it from any replies or messages that they send.
I generally consider anything posted to the Eclair List to be in the public domain and free to anyone who wants to use the info contained here. If I get time maybe I should add that to the List guidelines.
Hopefully I have addressed everyone's recent concerns and we can get back to talking about cameras. Email me if you have any questions or feedback.
