I think that Kodak should follow the lead of IBM after it blew their hold on 
the PC market --- set up a sister company to handle products with declining 
revenues; a company that does not have to answer to the parent, other than 
firing the Executives if the parent is unhappy. A Goliath like Kodak will not know 
how to adapt to shrinking markets of certain items, such as 16mm.  Had IBM not 
done this, there would no longer be an IBM PC. M.
