Eclair Cameras: Power Handle plug type & config

Hello All
Does anybody happen to know:

a) the proper mfg and model designation for the plug that connects to 
the camera body from the anatomic power grip on an ACL2? specifically 
the on/off switch?

b) what the pin configuration of that plug is?
