I'm in Portland. I have a pretty good rate for telecine, so I just need to budget for the film and processing.

I just came across a deal and am buying a 16mm camera.  No, sadly not
an ACL.  It's a CP-16R/A w/ 3 mags.  Anyway, where is a good price for
neg stock and processing?  I'm trying to get my total outlay to below
$.30/ft.
