I paid $35 for my Canon 25mm F1.4
Shorter lenses are a problem. But the 10mm Cosmicar does fit.
It DOES Sover super 16. So do all 25mm primes that I know of.
I also own a 13mm Canon. That was rare; I don't know where you would pick one up.
Do you have a mount adaptor?
If you get an Arri-S adaptor, there are many inexpensive lenses, particularly the Cooke Kinetals, that are known to be fine optics.
Supposedly, only the Zeiss Superspeeds and the Nikkors are sharp enough for blow-up work.

thanks all for the info on the cosmicar 8.5. i'll probably stay away from that lens. does anybody have any suggestions for a prime lens on my ACL? i handhold alot and my angenieux zoom is a real pain. the lens should be fairly wide. i would like it to be compatible with super 16 down the road. any advice? what are other people using? thanks.
