Choice of Tripod

Hello

Anybody know what the cheapest tripod capable of
holding up the ACL is. With video assist, fully loaded
with 400ft of film and with a zoom lens on it, I would
say the camera weighs about 6.5kg or 14.5lbs. 

I don't have much money left to spend on kit, after
getting the video assist I have sort of run out of
money.

Also, where would I get the best price on a
Arri-Standard to ACL-SS mount adapter?
