Hi Robert - Suggestions for your motor:

1) Possibly add 23.976

2) add an 11-pin fisher connector to hook up with an arri-compatible 
varispeed contol

3) keep compatibility with the current base

4) add an audible out-of-sync warning, which could be switched on/off
