Kurt, Try getting a Nikon adapter. The Nikon 35to70D lens is excellent
glass. It will be a 70 to 140 in 16mm format. Also the Sigma 50to500 is
cheap but excellent optics and will produce a 100 to 1000mm in 16mm format.
